(01) BEFORE YOU CHANGE YOUR ADS
Your numbers tell you there is a problem. They do not tell you what is causing it.
When sales slow down, most businesses start by changing their ads. But the ads are not always the problem.
Your creative might be attracting the wrong people. Your landing page might not match what the ad promised. Your Shopify store might be making it harder to buy. Your checkout might be creating unnecessary friction. Or your tracking might simply be giving you the wrong picture.
The hard part is knowing which one is actually hurting your results.
Your cost per purchase keeps going up
WHAT COULD BE CAUSING IT
You may simply be running out of fresh ad ideas.
An ad can work extremely well for a while, but performance often drops when the same few messages and visuals are shown over and over again.
Increasing your budget will not fix a lack of new creative. You need new ideas ready to replace the ones that stop working.
Your ads say you made 4x your money. Shopify says 1.8x
WHAT COULD BE CAUSING IT
The numbers may not be measuring the same thing.
Different platforms can attribute sales differently, and tracking problems can make the gap even bigger.
Before you decide to spend more or cut something that looks unprofitable, you need to know which numbers you can actually trust.
People are visiting your store, but very few are buying
WHAT COULD BE CAUSING IT
Getting someone to click your ad is only the first step.
If the page does not immediately make sense, does not deliver on what the ad promised, or is difficult to use on a phone, people leave before they ever get close to buying.
The problem may not be getting more visitors. It may be what happens after they arrive.
Your ads work well for a few weeks, then stop
WHAT COULD BE CAUSING IT
The people seeing your ads may simply be getting tired of them.
If you do not have new ads and new ideas ready to go, performance eventually depends on the same few ads for too long.
A good result should not depend on one ad working forever. You need a steady flow of new creative to keep testing what works.
Your Shopify store looks great, but sales are still disappointing
WHAT COULD BE CAUSING IT
A store can look beautiful and still make buying harder than it needs to be.
The product may not be explained clearly enough. Important information may be too far down the page. The mobile experience may be frustrating. Or there may simply be too many steps between wanting the product and buying it.
Good design gets attention. Good ecommerce design helps people make a decision.
Find the problem before you try to fix it
Your ads, creative, Shopify store, landing pages, checkout and tracking all affect the same result.
That is why looking at just one part of the funnel can give you the wrong answer.
Our audit looks at the whole customer journey and shows you where you are losing sales, what is causing it, and what should be fixed first.
Do not guess what is wrong. Find out.

(03) WHAT WE USUALLY FIND
The problems we find most often.
After auditing hundreds of ecommerce stores, the same problems come up again and again.
These are some of the issues we find most often when we look at your ads, store, customer journey and the numbers behind them.
Your ads lose people before they see the product
If your hook does not grab attention in the first few seconds, people scroll before they ever see what you are selling.
A strong product and a great landing page cannot help if the ad never gives people a reason to keep watching.
The same idea is doing all the work
You have nine ads, but they are all making essentially the same argument.
Different videos, different edits, same message.
When all your ads rely on the same idea, you leave very little room to learn what actually resonates with different customers.
The ad promises one thing. The page says another.
Someone clicks because the ad caught their attention and made a specific promise.
Then they land on a page that feels completely different.
That disconnect creates confusion, and confusion creates drop-off.
Your store works perfectly on desktop. But your customers browse on their phones.
Small buttons. Long forms. Important information buried too far down the page.
The store may look great on a laptop while making the buying experience unnecessarily difficult on a phone.
Your numbers do not tell the same story
Ad platforms say one thing. Your website says another.
Sometimes the problem is not your performance. It is how purchases are being tracked and reported.
If events are firing incorrectly or being counted more than once, you can end up making decisions based on numbers that do not reflect what is actually happening.
Your store takes too long to load
Every extra second gives someone another reason to leave before the page is ready.
Heavy apps, unnecessary scripts and an unoptimized Shopify theme can quietly slow down the experience, especially for people arriving from paid ads.
Which one is costing you sales?
We find out what is actually happening, show you where the problems are, and give you clear next steps to fix them.
(04) WHAT YOU GET
What will you get with your free audit?
A clear report showing what is holding your ecommerce funnel back, what we would change, and what to focus on first.

A written audit report
A detailed review of your ads, creative, webstore, customer journey and the numbers behind them.
You will see what we found, why it matters, and what we would change.

Your report shows you what to fix first, based on potential impact and how difficult each change is to make.

We explain what we would tackle first, why it matters, and answer any questions you have.

There is no obligation to work with us. The report is yours either way.

(06) FIT
Who this is for.
This audit is right for you if…
- You sell a physical product, such as supplements, beauty, food and drink, apparel, home goods or electronics.
- You are already spending on Meta or TikTok every month, but your results are not moving the way they used to.
- You already have traffic and sales, so there is real data to look at rather than guesses to make.
- You sell in more than one market, or you are about to, and the second market is not performing like the first.
- You want an honest report you can use yourself, share with your team, or hand to another agency.
This audit is not for you if…
- You are pre launch with no traffic and no ad spend. There is not enough data to audit yet.
- You are looking for a free redesign. The report tells you what to change. It does not do the work for you.
- You want a second opinion that simply confirms a decision you have already made.
- You need a document to justify something internally. We tell you what we actually find, even when it is not what you hoped to hear.
Not sure if you are a fit? Send us the URL anyway. We will tell you in the first reply.
(07) WHO DOES IT
Who reviews your store?
Your audit is reviewed by specialists from three different areas: Shopify development, CRO and creative strategy.
Each looks at your funnel from a different angle, then we bring the findings together into one clear picture of what is happening and what needs fixing.
Senior web developer
Looks at the technical side of your store, including theme issues, app conflicts, site speed, mobile performance and checkout.
STORE · SPEED · CHECKOUT
Designer & CRO expert
Looks at how your store communicates, how easy it is to understand and buy from, and where the customer experience creates friction.
PAGES · CRO · MOBILE
Creative strategist
Looks at your Meta and TikTok ads, including hooks, angles, creative fatigue and whether the message in your ads carries through to the page.
META · TIKTOK · CREATIVE

“Having the store design and the ad creatives handled by the same team was the biggest advantage. Marketing performance improved significantly within 60 days of launch.”
“They produced static ads, UGC videos and B-Roll that consistently outperformed our previous creatives in click-through and conversion rate on Meta.”
“They identified the exact drop-off points in our checkout flow and redesigned those pages using CRO-tested patterns. Measurable increases in online sales conversions followed within weeks.”
(10) REQUEST YOUR AUDIT
Request your audit.
This is the form. Fill it in and the report comes back within two working days. Only the URL and your email are required; the rest just makes the first pass faster.
(11) FAQ
Frequently asked questions and answers.
Common questions before you send a URL.
Is it actually free?
Yes, and there is no upsell attached. You keep the report whether you hire us or not, and you can hand it to any agency you choose.
Why would you do this for free?
Because it is how we win work. Some of the brands we audit come back and ask for a scope, most do not, and the report is useful either way. It also means we never pitch anything before we have looked at real numbers.
What do you need from me?
A store URL and an email is the minimum. The landing pages you run paid traffic to make the creative and message match part sharper, and read access to the ad account lets us see what actually ran.
Do I need to give you ad account access?
Read access, so we can see what ran and how it did. The store side works from public URLs. If you do not run ads yet, say so and we audit the store on its own.
How long does it take?
Two working days from the moment we have the links. If we are at capacity we give you a date in the first reply.
Who actually does the work?
A senior developer, a designer and a creative strategist. The same people who would run the project. Nothing is outsourced.
What happens on the call?
We go through the report together: what we would start with and why, and whatever questions it raises. If you want a scope and a price, that is where you ask.
What if I only want the report?
Take it. The call is optional. You get one follow up asking whether it was useful, and that is the whole sequence.
Do you only work with CPG brands?
Most of our work is CPG and DTC: supplements, beauty, food and drink, apparel and home. That is where the pattern library is deepest. We audit other ecommerce categories too, we just say so when a finding is less certain.
What if I already have an agency?
Then use the report as a second read. It is written so your current team can act on it, and we will say where they are already doing the right thing.
Do you audit stores outside Shopify?
Yes. WooCommerce, Magento and custom builds get the same treatment, and the migration question usually answers itself in the process.
Will you sign an NDA first?
Send yours over or use ours. Your numbers and your creative do not leave the team either way.
Show us your store and your ads.
We will come back with what is broken, what to fix first, and what it is worth. No deck, no discovery call before you get something useful.
