VIDEO FOR ADS
Video production & B-roll
Most brands already have footage. Product shots from a launch, clips from a photoshoot, or content from previous campaigns. We turn what you already have into ads, product videos and B roll that can be used across your campaigns. If you need more footage, we can help arrange it through the right creators and production partners. We then take all the footage and turn it into finished videos for your ads, with the right formats and variations for each placement.
Your footage
Made From Your Materials
We work with the product shots, old clips and photoshoot files you already have. Where something is missing, we arrange it through our creators and production partners.
All formats
9:16 · 1:1 · 16:9
Every size is cut on its own instead of one wide video cropped three ways, which is what leaves the product half outside the frame on a phone.
From €3,200/mo
Or A One-Off Batch
Video and B-roll come as part of a monthly creative retainer, or on their own as a single batch quoted per project.
Subtitles
On Every Cut
Most people scroll social media with the sound off, so every video comes with subtitles on it. Nobody has to unmute to understand the ad.
(01) OVERVIEW
Footage is not the hard part
Brands usually have plenty of material. What they are missing is a clear way to turn it into ads. Product shots from the last launch, clips filmed on a phone, footage from a photoshoot. We take that material and turn it into videos for their ad campaigns.
The work is in knowing what to use and how to use it. Which three seconds of a clip make the strongest opening, what the hook should cut to, and where the product should appear when the claim comes in. We use the footage you already have and turn it into different ads, angles and variations for testing.
We do not film. UGC is shot by the creators we brief, while product footage comes from you or is arranged through our production partners.
(02) FEATURES
What you get
Ads cut from your own footage
Send us what you already have. We go through it, tell you what is usable, and turn it into ads, usually more than you expected was in there.
Extra footage when you need it
If your material does not cover a shot the ad needs, we arrange it through our creators and production partners, so one missing shot does not hold up the campaign.
UGC from briefed creators
Creators film against an angle we have already reasoned through, then we cut the result into ad variants.
Sized for every placement
9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 each edited on their own rather than one wide video cropped three ways.
Hook variants
The same body with several openings, so a losing hook does not take a working ad down with it.
Subtitles as standard
Every video comes with subtitles on it, because most people scroll social media with the sound off.
Translated for other markets
Subtitles, on-screen text and voiceover adapted for each market you sell in, written by a native speaker rather than run through a translator, so the same footage works across Europe.
(03) PROCESS
How we turn your footage into ads
01
You send what you have
Product shots, old clips, photoshoot files, anything. We go through it and tell you what is usable and what is missing before quoting.
02
We fill the gaps
Anything missing gets arranged through our creators and production partners. You approve what is coming before we start editing.
03
Editing
We edit the ads, one version per placement, plus several different openings for each one, so you can test which hook works without remaking the whole video.
04
Reuse what worked
The videos that performed get re-edited against next month's angles, so the next round starts from material that already works instead of from nothing.

Frequently asked questions about product video and B-roll for paid social
Do you film the video yourselves?
No. Conversion Design does not film footage. UGC is filmed by the creators we brief and direct, product footage comes from you, and where your material does not cover what an ad needs, we arrange it through our production partners. What we do is decide what the ad requires, get the material together, and cut it into ads that work in a feed.
What is B-roll and why do ads need it?
B-roll is the supporting footage in an ad, the product on its own, the product in use, the close detail, as opposed to the main talking shot. Ads need it because it is what a hook cuts to and what fills the middle of a creator video. It is also what lets one folder of material produce a month of variants instead of a single edit.
What if we do not have any footage?
Then we source it, or brief a creator to film what is needed.
Can you work with footage from our photoshoot?
Yes, and this is the most common case. A photoshoot usually produces far more usable ad material than the brand realises, because it was shot for a catalogue rather than for a feed. Send the files and we will tell you what is in there.
How much does it cost?
Video and B-roll are included in creative retainers from €3,200 a month, which is how most brands buy it, the material builds up and gets recut against each month's angles. One-off batches are quoted per project, against how much usable footage you already have.
