This page explains which cookies conversion-design.com uses and why. The site is run by Conversion Design d.o.o., Dalmatinova ulica 7, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Questions go to projects@conversion-design.com.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some keep the site working. Others show us how the site is used and which ads bring enquiries, and those only run if you agree.
Your choice
You choose in the banner on your first visit. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time, here or with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Enquiry forms
When you send us an enquiry, we use what you wrote to reply to you. We also note how you found us: the page you landed on, the site that sent you and the campaign tags in the link you followed. Without your consent this is never stored in your browser; with it, it is kept for the visit only (cd_landing, above).
If you have accepted marketing cookies, we also send Meta, Google and OpenAI your email address, phone number and name in hashed form (scrambled so they cannot be read back), together with your IP address and browser, so they can tell us which ads bring enquiries.
If you have not, and you came to us by clicking a Meta or ChatGPT ad, we tell only that platform that this ad click led to an enquiry. It gets the click reference from the link you followed and the page, and Meta also gets your browser type, which it requires; never your name, email address, phone number, IP address or cookies. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in knowing which of our ads work. You can object to it at any time by writing to projects@conversion-design.com.
Who receives the data
Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta), Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Clarity) and OpenAI Ireland Limited (ChatGPT ads). They may process data in the United States; where they do, they rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to projects@conversion-design.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
